The Year of the Rat

The rat is the first sign of the Chinese zodiacs, which is why one of their main qualities is leadership.

Rats are also known to be charming, passionate and hardworking.

Those born under the year of the rat have great leadership skills and are the most highly organized of all of twelve signs.

Rats are very exclusive and extremely selective when choosing friends, which results in them often having a few very close friends whom they trust.

According to tradition, behind the smiles and charm, rats can be terribly obstinate and controlling, insisting on having things their way no matter what.

Both quick-tempered and aggressive, they will not think twice about getting revenge on those whom hurt them in any way.

How do I change?

If I feel depressed I will sing.
If I feel sad I will laugh.
If I feel ill I will double my labour.
If I feel fear I will plunge ahead.
If I feel inferior I will wear new garments.
If I feel uncertain I will raise my voice.
If I feel poverty I will think of wealth to come.
If I feel incompetent I will think of past success.
If I feel insignificant I will remember my goals.
Today I will be the master of my emotions.
