APPLICATION LETTER

Mr. Edward T. Zabriskie, M.D.
Director, Harvard Medical Center
Sir,
Greetings!
In the belief that my qualifications and experience fit me for the position of Intensive Care Unit Nurse of Harvard Medical Center as outlined in your Want Ad, I enclose a record that makes a long letter unnecessary. You will find that the enclosure tells its own story.
I do, however, desire to call special attention to two points: (1) I have had the variety of experience that you emphasize as one of the requirements for the position that you wish to fill. (2) The reputation of the hospitals for which I have worked proves that I am capable of meeting high standards.
May I have an interview at your convenience?
Very truly yours,

I. Objectives
a. General:
to provide the highest possible nursing care
b. Specific:
to comply with the school policy about affiliation
to personally manage a patient with communicable disease
to be aware of the policy in San Lazaro
to be knowledgable on the different communicable diseases
Observations:
Self: It was my first time to be handled by Mrs. Nelia Perez at first I felt nervous as time passed by it become at ease. Having a duty at SLH s sometimes toxic but it was happiest duty I've ever had.
It was totally different. There was times when I was toxic because we're running out of time making SOPIER we managely did it well with the help of our instructor. C.I: Se was indeed a helpful to us she provided us the knowledge we need. She incorporate new things that are essential to our studies. She was different of the others bec of the way she guide us. She maybe strict sometimes but she also gives humor tot he class which we like about her.
Classmates: They are greatful that we met an instructor who's name is Ma'am Nelia Perez.
III. Learnings: I've learned how to manage my time as a student nurse. There awas pressure when doing our case abstracts. There were sleepless nights bec of our requirements. Threr were hardships and trials on our pre and post analysis. There were questions of our instructor which the reporter didn't able to answer but bec of these we were improved.we were motivated. It was quite overwhelming to have confidence preparing and performing our ward class. Our sleepless nights was truly not worthless. Knowledge can lean inside the school but the skills and experience was gain in the affiliation.
