II.OBSEVATION
Self- I prepared myself for this rotation because I believe that it is difficult to handle pediatric patients – they are unpredictable and cannot express themselves for what they feel unless you are observant enough and good in assessment. It is a nice experience to be at pedia ward again because it really tests my patience handling pediatric clients and dealing with different attitudes of S.O. It also enhances my skills in terms of doing simple procedures. I hope that everything that I have learned from this rotation will be use in the near future as I practice my profession as a NURSE.
Groupmate- It is a great experience to be with this new set of group because it helps keep myself adjusted with different attitudes of individual. It’s good to work and establish friendship with them, though sometimes we have conflicts and misunderstanding, I still believe that it is a part of enduring every step of our main goals in life. I hope that we stay the same but improve the negative attitudes we have.
Clinical Instructor- It’s nice to work with Maam Nhelia because she supervise as very well, she is strict but on regulated manner, she gives us encouragement and help us enhance our skills and give us sufficient knowledge for future use.
