I AM A NURSE
I walk through those doors with pride,
Who's life will i save today?
Someone is waiting for me,
Someone is alive today because of my duty.
Sometimes we cry cause we can't save them all,
God sometimes won't let us interfere when HE calls.
A baby's first breath when he looks at me,
The joy of my first delivery.
The tear i wipe a way with my own hands,
The life ending of a gentle old man.
The night seems so dark and the morning so bright.
Being a nurse you see life in a different light.
Who will i save tonight?
Who will hold my hand during their last breath with no fright?
Who will enter this world on my shift?
How many mothers will greet their babies with a kiss?
I don't know who these special people are
but i will meet them with every call
I will hold them tight and help the pain
I will hold them up when they feel faint.
I will be strong when i am needed
That is my job, I am a nurse..that is my duty.
Who's life will i save today?

my experienced in iv insertion,id and im injection is so memorable and a very challenging one,bec.it is my first time to do the iv insertion,i felt so nervous and at the same time excited.
it was so painful when the distilled water was put inside my arms during our im,lykwise in the id injection.but
i learned a lot of things,i acquire more knowledge and i enjoy doing the activity.i developed my self confidence,my skills and my work is said to be accomplished bec.i do my best to perform it well.

OBJECTIVES
Specific:Be more watchful and flexible in all the things that we do in order fof us to learn.
General:Make things more good and be more compliant on the need of the patient to lessen there anxiety and pain.
OBSERVATIONS
Self:Well,Im happy and comfortable on what I am now bec. I knew I've learned a lot on these area.I performed the best way i can and did my part as a student nurse.I cherished all the moment tha I've done bec.it will not be back again.
Groupmates:
I'm so contented with my group now bec. we did a lot of happiness and bonding though they are not my same group.They showed respect and care on each everyone of the group.Nobody act selfishness but instead tey shared something what they had and favored everyone who needed help.
C.I:There's a lot of things which you can admired of her bec. shes knowledgeable enough and well experienced on the area.Shes approachable and you will acquired more learnings on her.Shes not easily gets angry as long as you do your responsibilities.
LEARNINGS
As I continue these task I've gainer so much knowledge and learnings which I also applied on others.I'm proud bec.I slowly put the wrong things that I've done in the past into right one.When you see things positive,when you believed in yourself and when you put prayer in everything that you do,surely you will do things right.

Objectives:
>To be more responsible and alert student nurse during our duty
>To formulate nursing interventions that are appropriate to the conditions of my patient
Observations:
a. Self- Though this is not my first time to handle a patient still Im trying to give the appropriate nursing care for my patient in a nice and proper way. I became more careful in giving medications and especially with the charting.
b. Group mates- They are very comfortable to be with. We are sharing opinions and ideas most of the time...
c. CI- She is a jolly instructor. She is strict in the way that she wants her students learn a lot from her teachings. I love the way she teach and act as a instructor...
Learnings:
Im very proud to say that I've learned a lot from my instructor like be more careful in doing the charting...take all the corrections as a challenge to improve more my skills.

Observation
Self
I always feel nervous and excited. In the first week of duty I learned more especially with my patient’s disease because I’m not familiar on how the disease occur in the patient and our Clinical Instructor discussed about the disease and how it occurred in the patient. And as nursing student I did my obligation or responsibilities to my patient and to my Clinical Instructors.
Groupmates
I’m comfortable to my groupmates, they are joker and willing to help other groupmates, we are sharing ideas and they are nice person.
Clinical Instructor
Ma’am Nhelia never change in dealing with the student, still funny and approachable and willing to help the student tolearned.
Learnings
I learned a lot from this experience, being alert, having a presence of mind, being patient and having who really cares for my patient. Help to render service more easily. Even though how much we tried our best, still sometimes we commit mistake, but those mistake will help us to grow and will mold us to be better person.

I.Objective
specific:able to implement our knowledge regarding on how to care our patient in the male ward.
general:to do our obligation as a nursing student in implementing nursing intervention in our patient to lessen their anxiety in facing their situation.
II.Oservations
self-im so happy because i've learned alot on my duty.And i enjoy the company of my groupmates. finally i made it perfect in my insertion of I.V line last saturday.
groupmates:same as through with me they do their obligation in taking good care of their patient and we enjoy our company, we share some jokes and the cases of our patients.
C.i:I like the way she teach, the way she threat her student, and all the things the she done to us to improve us in out studies.She is very approachable.
III.Learnings
In this rotation i have alot experienced that add to my knowledge to become effective and a responsible nurse someday.More ideas that i gain from my C.I,and all of my groupmates

OBJECTIVES
Specific:To impart my knowledge and to help the patient to relieve their burden and pain.
General: To be able to do the right thing regarding to the important details in charting and to complete all important matter which will be done or what treatment will be done to the patient of which some of the staff can't be able to do.
OBSERVATIONS:
Self:On the first day until the last day of our duty I do my very best as a student nurse and the attitude I shown to tem is the real me which they observed on me through the whole duty hours because i don't need to pretend just to please other people.
GROUPMATES: Even there are some factors that make the group divided in to many sides of ideas and suggestion,I observed that they make sure to put together their ideas to reach the goal that we wanted.WE are believe that a group works together stays together.
C.I:This last rotation ma'am Fernandez is so happened to be our C.I because she takes over for ma'am Nhelia, She is also a good clinical instructor and has a good perfomance in all aspect especially in the area. I don't have any comment because she did her responsibility and did things which is amirable in a way to encourage her students to make their assignment and study hard.
Learnings: It is very important to take my study seriously because in the future this will serve as a weapon to face all challenges in my life. This will also help me to make my life so meaningful and to uplift our status in life.I know there are more lessons which I'll be going through.

Mam Nhelia is responsible CI to us because she always guide us and support us what we performed. She willing to shared her knowledge, she slight strict to us and also Mam Malab, she willing to shared her knowledge. She guided us when giving meds
III Learnings

Im not toxic with the pt. As a student nures i did my obligation to the CI. I prformed the best way for the benefit of me and also my pt
b) Groupmates
They are reponsible and effective student nurse. We are sharing opinions and ideas most of the time.
c)Clinical Instructor
Mam Fernandez is not strictly to us but she guided us what we performed. She is responsible to us, She is approachable and willing to help the student to learned.
III Learnings
In my last rotation i have alot experienced that add to my knowledge to become effective and a responsible nurse someday.More ideas that i gain from my C.I,and all of my groupmates when handlig pt and also to the case analysis i gathered some information to mam Luisa. General:always be alert in all activities,and be watchful to avoid any complications that may be possible happened in client
II.Observation:
Self:I do my part as a student nurse, i was responsible in the duty in taking good care of my patient.and i learned a lot here
Groupmates:im so happy with their company we have a good bonding with each other.They are also responsible in their duty.
C.I:she is a good C.I she is also approachable.and She is open for question regarding on what we are going to do in our patient.
III.Learnings:
it was our last week in the male ward but i have learned a lot.I learned how to become more effective student nurse especially in taking good care of mt patient
