Hello mam...mmmhhh

General objectives;
-To acquire knowledge in giving medication and handling such cases at male ward
-To enhance our skills in giving intervention needed in a certain case
-To develope sense of humor and established good rapport to divert the problem of a patient

Specific objectives:
-To define and to determine such symptoms arises in a certain cases in order to formulate plans and intervention.

Observation

Self: happy, industrious and observant to the problem of my patient
Group mates: they are loving and caring to their patient…
CI: She is keen observer and she shared a lot of Ideas that we apply in our daily routine

Learnings:
These are the following I learned:
- I learned to make a process recording
- I enhanced my skills in giving intervention to the patient who has a hypertension.
- I learned the daily routines in giving meds in the male ward
- I learned that stock dose is very important in giving the meds

-To impart knowledge about the different kinds of diseases a patient has
-to enhance my ability in every hospital routines

Specific objectives:
-To make a plan and interventions in such diseases a patient has.

Observation

Self:
I made some mistakes in charting but that motivates me not to do that mistake again
Group mates:
they care their patient a lot as much I do
CI:
she is very supportive she helps and guides us in everything that we do

Learnings:


- I learned how to do a process recording. I have learned what are the therapeutic communication I must used in having an interaction to my patients. And ma’am Nhelia also give us a quiz to evaluate us and im lucky I got an average score and that quiz helps me in determining the rights stock doses of some drugs that we are giving in our patient and I must be familiarize in the stock doses of the drugs that which I am going to give .

I. OBJECTIVES
A. General objectives;
-To learn new knowledges and Ideas, apply the learnings and improve skills and have an ideas in different diseases.
B. Specific objectives:
-To know the proper routines like, carrying out doctors order, giving medications with the knowldge of the use, stock dose, and the exact amount ordered. Taking V/S and proper chartting.

II. Observation

Self: I admit that im commiting mistakes wherein i forgot the right routines and something that i need to do, so i accept my errors for me to understand and cope, and improve more.

Group mates: some of them commit wrongs and errors too, but some are not, we are all nervous interms of doing a thing that we think is correct.We are cooperative and helpful but sometimes noisy.

CI: She correct our mistakes, she guide and help us in doing a thing that we all dont know. she dont want a person who is "nagmamagaling", she want that before we do a thing we have a ideas about it, she is approachable and willing to teach. That's my Teacher..

Learnings:
I learned the definition of the Leptospirosis, the sign and symptoms, pathophysiology and the nursing management. I need to become more attentive and always flexible in doing different things/ routines in Male Ward. I need to have a presence of mind always.

general objective:
-to know more information about the incidence of the burn injury.
-to performed an intervention in a injured burn person.
-to be more patience while taking good care of the patient.

specific objective;
-to study the burn injury and its incidence
-to formulate the best intervention
-to be more responsible in caring the patient who is injured

observation;

self-i performed well,help and give the need care of my patient and participate in the duty routine

groupmates- they are all participated in the activity and feel nervous and afraid to commit mistakes.

clinical instructor;
she is always there to remind us in everything we do and always observed and check our work.

learnings:
i've learned to be more patience in my patient. More responsible and do my tasks not waiting that my clinical will scold me. I learned also to make process recording and spend my friday night in doing the case abstract.=)

LFD- Learning Feedback Diary

I. Objectives:
a. General Objective: To render services and to promote health to the patients in the male ward.
b. Specific Objective: To improve my skills in handling patients with different kind of illness od disease.

II. OBSERVATIONS:
a. Self: I focused in assessing my patient like in taking the history,physical assessment, gordon's and others needed for my case abstract.
b. Groupmates: They were kind and happy because some of them were excited to have duty again at the male ward.
C. C.I.: She was kind, understanding, approachable, and supportive.

III. LEARNINGS:
I learned how yo make a process recording and I learned that I and my groupmates should know the stock dose of the medications we administer.
