I AM A NURSE
I walk through those doors with pride,
Who's life will i save today?
Someone is waiting for me,
Someone is alive today because of my duty.
Sometimes we cry cause we can't save them all,
God sometimes won't let us interfere when HE calls.
A baby's first breath when he looks at me,
The joy of my first delivery.
The tear i wipe a way with my own hands,
The life ending of a gentle old man.
The night seems so dark and the morning so bright.
Being a nurse you see life in a different light.
Who will i save tonight?
Who will hold my hand during their last breath with no fright?
Who will enter this world on my shift?
How many mothers will greet their babies with a kiss?
I don't know who these special people are
but i will meet them with every call
I will hold them tight and help the pain
I will hold them up when they feel faint.
I will be strong when i am needed
That is my job, I am a nurse..that is my duty.
Who's life will i save today?

1ST LFD
General objectives
-To be able to accomplish task and goals in providing health care services
Specific objectives
-To be able to formulate plans and intervention of my clients problem
Observations
Self: the proper posturing, confidence in establishing therapeutic relationship to the patient
Group mates: they are industrious, presence of self confidence while dealing to the patient
CI: She was supportive and very good adviser while giving care to the patient
Learning’s:
-the proper formulating of nursing objectives to relate it in nursing diagnosis, planning and formulating proper action and evaluation
2ND LFD
General objectives: To deal with patient therapeutically
Specific objectives: To apply learning like counseling the patient, to improve more ways in maintaining health
-to apply studies like therapeutic skills
To be more familiarize to the different drugs which we will be administered
Observations
Self: the observance of the proper addressing to my group mates
Group mates: the calmness, joy while having a duty
CI: she was keen observer in mistake to commit but through this action we are motivated to do right and appropriate deeds and to enhanfced our skills
Learning’s:
-how to prescribed correctly and how to observed 11 rights of the patient and how to developed in daily routines in with patient like bed side care and others
3rd LFD
General objectives:
To impart knowledge technique and to promote understanding or knowledge in improving health of the patient
Specific objectives: to be more knowledgeable in different disease or illnesses of the different patient
To be more reliance in reducing sufferings of patient while in the hospital
Observations
Self: the awareness of every order givens by the doctors to the patient
Group mates: the confidence in front of my patient
CI: she was joker which she relives our tense while giving meds to the patient
She was approachable in seeking advised while dealing to the patient
Learning’s:
-The proper administering of OF diet, the proper rogrolling, perineal caring which the –
patient unable to do like paralyze patient
-The proper dealing of ward class to promote health education
1st week
General Objectives:
To be able to promote health and apply knowledge and skill in providing health.
Specific Objectives:
-To able to apply and provide proper plans and interventions.
Observations
Self: Self Confidence, proper approach to the patient and S.O and establishing the therapeutic relationship
Group mates: every one participates in providing therapeutic relationship.
C.I: she is supportive, especially in providing care to our patients
Learning’s:
Learned how to use the therapeutic communication, the proper approaches in dealing with the client.
2nd week
General Objectives:
To provide care and proper plans and interventions to our clients.
Specific Objectives:
-To apply knowledge and skills
-To proved care into our clients
-To provide plans and interventions
Observations
Self: self confidence in dealing with the patients.
Group mates: every one are doing their responsibilities assigned.
C.I: she is supportive, approachable.
Learning’s: Learned on how to care a patient with traction due to vehicular accident.
3rd week

To promote good health

-To provide proper nursing interventions
-To provide care
Observations

Group mates: They are good educators regarding health
