General Objectives:
-to be more knowledgeable, flexible and competent in giving intervention and health teaching to my patient
Specific Objectives: To assess the needs, to give health care and to promote good health of my patient
Observations
Self: Every time I give meds I always think for the possible question of ma’am nhelz, observant in all the things I’ve been doing to my patient
G.M: they are all joker, a good listener to the needs of their patient…
C.I : she is very supportive and understanding. She imparted knowledge and make us responsible in studying such disease by giving us case analyzation.
Learning’s:
-Case analyzation is very important to us
- I learned much from the meds I’ve been given to my patient
- Bed bath is the mostly needed of my patient in the morning
- Time is needed for the nurse in giving meds

LFD- Learning Feedback Diary

I. OBJECTIVES:
a. General Objectives:
-To be able to present our case analysis which is the typhoid fever and to present the topic Tuberculosis in the ward as our ward class in the last rotation.

b. Specific Objective:
-To discuss the signs and symptoms, prevention and mode of transmission of the topic tuberculosis and typhoid fever.

II. OBSERVATIONS:
a. Self:
-I gained confidence and more prepared in giving medication, during NPI and endorsement because of the possible question of the patient, my C.I. and also the staff nurse.
-I've try to call my groupmates as mister or miss and ma'am or sir.

b. Groupmates:
-They were kind, observant, responsible at all and helpful.

c. C.I.:
-she was kind, understanding and she always give us knowledge and information in all the things that we don't know yet.

III.LEARNINGS:
-I learned how to prevent tuberculosis and typhoid fever by applying some nursing interventions and implementations.
-I learned more on how to make the pathophysiology of certain diseases.
