GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
> To be well round in the ward.
> Not only to develop my skills, to enhance all what it bring out the best in me.
> Always put in my mind that all what may I do in the procedure it should come out with a SENSE.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:
> Make the most out of it,
> To put compassion and commitment to my choosen career.
> To evaluate my self if Iam ready to face the challenge as a full pledge nurse someday.
> Im getting old, I should practice my presence of mind.

OBSERVATION:

TO MYSELF:
> As a student i should do my responsibility in fluent dedication and dicipline just to fullfill my dream and reach my goal as a nurse someday. i must say that im may not fully aware or acquired all the procedure that we apply in the ward as well what we learned in the school, but im eager to learn and absorb in ability to enrich my capacity/capable of knowledge. There onetime i know that such a procedure i dnt have the drive to do it, maybe because im nervous or think that i will a do mistake just to feel embarass or as a failure afterward, but little by little i counterpart my anxiety just to show them i can do it and feel confidence what i do.In terms with all the patients that i handle. I always put empathy , i know that i will realize that its not an easy job after all because there is a sense of fulfillment after i've done so many things for these sick people around us.God will bless us for helping them and its all worth it. I know its my last year in the college even im already old, but i have to think that i have to be serious to what i do in able for me to pass and acquire all knowledge that what nurse may have.

TO MY GROUPMATE:

> They are such a great guys but sometimes they are pain in the ass. They help sometimes for initiating a procedure eventhough i must possess to be independent but it help coz in a way that i learned from them. They are such dependaple/realiable in doing any job coz anything that a teacher may assign to them, they will surely do it as there best can be. Im very proud of them eventhough im the oldest in the group, they never feel that im outcast or nothing to them, despite that most of the time i bully them. Time may past but emotionaly i will see them as one of my friends and have seperate ways that will be a great nurse that embark to my heart forever.

TO MY CI:
> The first time i meet here in the school we have the comosion in the dean office but i admit that its my mistake but since then to what happen ,Im shy and have little fear from her. But until the time that we went for affiliation, i really know her as a Great benefactor of my learning in such leaving a mark that will impose to us as a nurse someday. Shes very great in doing strategies of teaching in able to absorb what she is teaching. You will not feel boring at all most of the time coz she crack a joke until you laugh and laugh despite she is not very lux in teaching. i like that method in a way i can learn sufficiently motivated. She is willing to share and enrich our knowledge and give us to feel that there is a room for mistake, and devoted help us.Everything what Ma'am Nhelia taught to me i deeply appreciate it.

LEARNING:
> Its our last rotation for our last stage of our college year in Nursing but we never think that years seems come to fast as we acknowledge to our self that hey good thing i made it to come in this level as we should really thanks to our parents that unendly support us whatever up and down that we had be. Greatly we should also thanks to our 2nd parents that is our clinical instructor and teachers, they devoted give their priceless time for us just to evolve as a professional person and guide us in our pillars of life as we reach our dream to be Nurse.
> its my first time to assign in pedia ward and i would like to extend more time to that ward but unluckily we have only 2 weeks to duty. im still grasping for learning to help those sick kid in despite in my capability. i learned that its complicated to apply care to a child even though as seems they are happy to with, because not only the child is your patient but also the responsible party or the parents are your greatly critical patients, so you have to be ready capable and knowlegdeable to be critical nurse on the problem. As a student nurse we must practice PATIENCE so that we can easily help our patients in giving care what they need. They are sick and we are not so we have to precisely understand them, thats why there in the hospital. My learning in the pedia will not end in just about two weeks or other wards even if in school but its just only the beginning of an end.

" 1st Week Duty at Pedia Ward"

I. Objectives:
General Objectives
> To be able for us to gain more knowledge and to integrate our skill in the
Pediatric Ward.
Specific Objectives
> To be able to know and master some of the nursing procedures done in the
Pediatric Ward.
> To be able to apply and practice the Code of Ethics of Nurses in rendering
nursing care to patients.

II. Observations:
This was my first time of duty in Pediatric Ward, I observed that I need to be prepared enough because this was my first time to handle pediatric patients and I know that they were very hard to approach. I also observed that we need to follow the responsibilities and functions of a Head Nurse, Medication Nurse, Procedure Nurse, and a Supervisor. Lastly, we need to practice the Code of Ethics of Nurses during our provision of care to our patients.

III. Insights and Impressions:
A. To Myself
I thought, I did my part as a student nurse, although sometimes I committed
wrong doings, I still tried my best to do my duty as a student nurse to my
patients.
B. To my Groupmates
My groupmates were so cooperative and helpful, they were so fun to be with
and I saw their effort in doing their requirements and in mastering their skills in
providing care to their patients and in making sample charting.
C. To our Clinical Instructor:
Our clinical instructor was so responsible, approachable, intelligent and fun to
be with. We were disciplined and taught well because of her patience and strict
attitude. She always reminds us what to do in the ward, and im so glad to be her
student because I learned a lot from her and her way and strategies of teaching
us was so systematic and excellent.

IV. Learnings:
I learned how to be a patient nurse, Head Nurse, Procedure Nurse, and Medication Nurse. I also learned how to be systematic and alert in providing nursing care to my patients and how to apply the Code of Ethics of Nurses to our provision of care.

First week duty at Pedia Ward

I OBJECTIVES
To gain more information and knowledge about our course
To enhance our skills and capabilities

II OBSERVATION
In everything to do, there is always some good and bad observation after doing such activities. Like me i observed in our 2 days that almost all of the student nurse were developed their own skills, but there are still some of us have a doubt in doing some procedure. In the hospital there's nothing i can say.

III SELF
As days and months past that we had our duties, many things and experience that i have learned. i observed my self that i'm improving and developing a good determination in doing things.

IV GROUPMATES
I observed that all of us in the group are learning, applying all the procedure and techniques but we cannot deny the fact that there are still some doubt in doing things specially if we don't have courage to try.

V CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR
A good and intelligent teacher produces good and effective individuals that what i observed as we go on through our duty, were gaining the fruits of all her sacrifices to us. Thank you for guiding us.

VI LEARNING
In our 2 days duty i learned a lot from the hospital, I learned more techniques and knowledge.
